Mt. Lookout

Mt. Lookout, Ohio is one of the Eastern neighborhoods of Cincinnati, the Ohio River valley. The neighborhood is named for the Mt. Lookout Observatory, which moved to the neighborhood in 1873.

Mt. Lookout’s lively business district is referred to as Mt. Lookout Square. Local restaurants and bars fuel a vibrant nightlife, while specialty shops and small business serve daytime needs. Mt. Lookout is also home to Ault Park, although the nearby neighborhood of Hyde Park also considers it part of their community. The area contains a neighborhood swim club and is home to the Kilgour School, Cardinal Pacelli School and St. Ursula Villa School.
